Support Britton Robotics
Empowering the next generation of engineers.
Our students at Britton Middle School are designing, building, and programming the future. Whether they are engineering 1lb plastic antweight combat robots (PLANTweights) for the BRAWL league, coding micro:bits, or tackling real-world challenges in FIRST® LEGO® League, hands-on STEAM education requires hardware, tools, and community support.
Your generosity directly funds the parts, kits, and the after-school activities that make this club possible.
The most flexible way to support our club is through a direct financial contribution. These funds allow us to cover immediate, day-to-day needs like replacement electronic speed controllers, standard servos, and polycarbonate sheets for our 4x4 combat arena.
Prefer to help us acquire specific educational kits? We regularly launch DonorsChoose campaigns to bring major hardware into the workshop. Right now, we are raising funds for LEGO® SPIKE Essential kits for the upcoming BIOGLOW™ season, as well as micro:bit classroom kits and ELECfreaks arcade units. All DonorsChoose contributions are tax-deductible.
Robotics is a hands-on endeavor, and we go through a lot of raw materials! Our wish list is regularly updated with physical supplies that ship directly to the school. This includes PLA and PETG 3D printing filament, hardware assortments, extra wiring, and snacks to keep the students energized during our Wednesday and Thursday afternoon meetings!
Your generosity directly funds the parts, kits, and the after-school activities that make this club possible.
Thank You from the Team!
Building robots teaches resilience, problem-solving, and teamwork. We couldn't provide these incredible opportunities without the support of our local community, parents, and STEAM advocates
